Norbert Morin, Equipment Manager

Norbert Morin has been with the company since1981. He has worked hard in establishing himself as one of the most experienced employees in the company. Norbert has worked on hundreds of stabilization projects and has utilized all the stabilization techniques used by Janod. He has taken full advantage of his experience to become the most respected project manager in the company. His wealth of knowledge will be instrumental in the future growth of Janod.

Pierre Rousseau, Hawaii Operations Manager

Pierre Rousseau has been with the company since 1996. Pierre has proven himself to be a great team leader and has earned the respect of all the men. His drive and hard work did not go unnoticed and he quickly moved into a management position which he has handled with the professionalism and skill of a seasoned rock remediation technician. Pierre has managed some of the biggest projects that Janod has successfully completed. That success has led to his most recent posting which is to establish a market and represent Janod in the State of Hawaii.

Todd Reccord, Superintendant & Chief Estimator

Todd Reccord has been with the company since 1990. Todd has proven himself in all the techniques of rock stabilization. He is a natural leader and proven that he can stay cool in the most stressful situations. His input has helped Janod become the leader in successful and economically feasible rock stabilization projects that others considered impossible. Todd has translated his field experience to becoming the top project estimator.

Pierre Gionet, Project Supervisor

Pierre Gionet has been with the company since 1989. Pierre was originally educated in computer programming but fortunately for Janod decided to pursue a career in rock stabilization. He has proven himself as a competent superintendent in several projects as a problem solver when encountered with a difficult situation.

Noel Philippon, U.S. Operations Manager

Noel Phillipon joined the Janod team in 2001 and brought with him over 16 years of experience in the field of rock stablization. Because of his vast experience, his excellent productivity and his keen management skills, Noel has quickly moved up the ranks within the Janod team. Noel's experience and skills were put to the test in 2005 when we were called in to stabilize a slope that had over 50,000 cubic meters of material that were moving. In a project that most people believed was impossible, Noel came through and successfully stablized the slope to allow the client to continue with mining operation.

Francis Chamberland, Inventory Manager

Francis started with Janod in 1996 and quickly moved up the ranks to become a Project Superintendent. He proved to be an excellent problem solver and a man who could think quickly on his feet. He stayed with the company until December 2000 at which point he embarked on a voyage to travel the world.
Having completed his worldwide quest Francis came back to Janod in July of 2007 and immersed himself in the inventory and purchasing part of the business and has worked hard to cut costs and improve the movement of goods and tracking the materials.
