Grout Injection, Shotcrete Slope Protection - Iron Ore Company of Canada

Janod has worked for Iron Ore of Canada on a number of occasions. We developed a unique system for deviating ground water leaking from the ceilings in their tunnels into the ditches and installed it over a period of three years. We stabilized a massive rock structure adjacent to the main crusher using a combination of rock bolts, grout injection into voids in behind the structure and shotcrete to support the fractured areas and eliminate the weathering of the surrounding structures.

We have also scaled the rock out of a highly fractured wall that was causing delays in production and putting their personnel in danger due to massive failures in the face.
